Caramelized Onion & Goat Cheese Tart

Even if you aren't a huge onion fan, let me tell you this might be the best savory tart you'll ever have. The dough recipe is for two servings so you can make a LARGE Tart or make a normal size tart and save the other half of the dough for later by freezing it!
